Tip 1 : meditate or practice mindful breathing

 Meditation is very good because it brings self-awareness and it builds skills to manage your stress and makes you focus on the present .

Tip 2 : Talk about your feelings to someone or write them down

Talk about your feelings to someone you trust and it will take a burden of your shoulders and give some sort of relief or you can write your feelings down in a journal. Journals are very helpful books its like a person you talk your about your feelings but they don't respond, it also helps clear your mind and control your feelings. Tip 3 : Listen to your favorite music

You can listen to music that makes you happy or music that motivates you to do better you can also listen to calm music. 

Tip 4 : Remember to forgive yourself.

Forgiving yourself it the first step to move on and it helps you feel at ease and it takes of some stress. You can write down the things you forgive yourself for in a journal. 

Tip 5 : Exercise or do yoga

Exercising can clear you mind and keep you busy from stressing and yoga can also relax you.
